I lost access to my email or phone. How do I get back in?

Try Google or Apple if you originally used them. If you cannot sign in at all, open the Rizzed Help centre, sign in to the customer portal with a magic link on an email you still control, and raise a ticket — or email safety@getrizzed.app from that address with as much account detail as you can (city, display name, approximate signup date). We will not hand an account to someone who cannot prove it is theirs.
