TTT CRM

Terms of service

The rules for using TTT CRM: multi-brand CRM, support cases, knowledge base, sales, mail, and related tooling.

Operated by Tweed Tyne Technologies Ltd, registered in Scotland (SC874131). ICO ZC184042. Last updated: 12 August 2026.

1. Who we are

TTT CRM is operated by Tweed Tyne Technologies Ltd, a private limited company registered in Scotland (company number SC874131). Registered office: 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN, United Kingdom. Contact: crm@tweedtynetechnologies.co.uk.

2. The service

TTT CRM provides staff workspaces and customer portals for one or more product brands: cases and support, knowledge base, leads and outreach, accounts and contacts, opportunities, mail and campaigns, automation, status pages, and related features. Features available to you depend on your organisation’s configuration and role.

The platform is software and operational tooling. It is not legal, tax, or regulated financial advice. You remain responsible for how your organisation uses brand data and for compliance with applicable law.

3. Accounts and brands

You must provide accurate details for staff accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, for the actions of users you invite, and for assigning roles that match who should access each brand’s records. Customer portal access is controlled by each brand’s authentication method (for example magic links).

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the platform unlawfully or to store data you have no right to hold;
  • attempt to access another brand’s or organisation’s records without authorisation;
  • disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond ordinary use, or upload malware;
  • misuse bot-protection checks or automated access in a way that harms the service;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, or non-compliant outreach through the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms are breached or the service is at risk.

5. Customer data

You (or your organisation) retain ownership of data entered for your brands (“Customer Data”), including case content, contacts, knowledge articles, and mail. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up, and display that data solely to provide and support TTT CRM.

How we process personal data is set out in our Privacy policy and, where we act as your processor, the Data processing addendum. Production workloads are hosted in the EEA on Railway (a US-incorporated provider with EU-region hosting), with Cloudflare for edge security, Turnstile, and inbound email routing where configured, and iDrive e2 (London, eu-west-3) for encrypted offsite backups — see Security and compliance.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, fix defects, and perform maintenance. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Liability

TTT CRM is provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Scots or UK law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from decisions you make based on platform outputs. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for TTT CRM in that period (or £1,000 if no fees were paid).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. The courts of Scotland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
