How does BizHub365 read emailed or photographed documents?

Document Capture tries to read the file in this order: 1. Text already in the PDF, or OCR (optical character recognition) on a scan or photo. 2. If that text is missing or too short to parse, Gemini reads the file (including vision on images). 3. For email and Capture a photo, BizHub365 then imports the result into bookkeeping. What is imported - Paid purchase receipts become expenses marked as paid. - Supplier bills that are still due become expenses that are not yet paid. - Legacy sales invoices from another system become BizHub365 invoices. They are not emailed to the customer. - If the type is unclear, BizHub365 records an expense. Finance > Document Capture shows the extraction method on each row when it is available.
