How do I capture a photo in the BizHub365 app?

The iPhone and Android apps use the same Document Capture pipeline as the website. 1. Open the BizHub365 app and select the business. 2. On the home menu tap Capture a photo. You can also open it from Manage Business. 3. Tap Capture a photo to use the camera, or Choose from library for an existing image. 4. Allow camera access if the app asks. Photograph the whole page, including totals and VAT, on a flat surface with even light. 5. Wait for the Captured confirmation. The file is added to this business and processed for bookkeeping. 6. Recent captures on the same screen show status. When a row is Done, open the imported expense or invoice, or use Import expense / Import invoice if it did not import automatically. The inbound email address for this business is shown on the Capture a photo screen and in business settings. You can email documents there instead of photographing them. The app does not email you when a capture finishes. Use the Recent captures list, or tick the notify box if you capture the same file on the website.
